UK DELIVERY

FREE DELIVERY

We offer free delivery for any furniture order over £2000* being delivered to an address within the M25 and for all accessories orders over £150 being delivered to an address within the M25.

*This term could change depending of a particular order.

UK delivery

Goodmood will contact customers to arrange full delivery, assembly and removal of rubbish free of charge for large and delicate furniture and lighting products within UK. Should you wish to know if those items you have ordered are inclusive of this service, please do not hesitate to contact us on 0170 850 2116 or at web@shopgoodmood.com

It is essential that each delivery is signed for.

Unless both parties have concurred on another time, dispatch generally happens Monday to Friday from 8am to 6pm, and each item will arrive together except on the rare occasion that something is delayed.

At Goodmood we aim to make the delivery process as smooth as possible, so should you wish to request a particular time slot to receive your items, then please get in touch through our email address web@shopgoodmood.com.

In such instances as a delivery address alteration, clients are required to forward this request in writing to The Webshop using the email address on their order.

The cost of each dispatch is agreed upon when the item is initially procured, and this is dependent on the items which have been ordered and by the address given.

Estimated delivery lead times:

The approximate time of dispatch will be forwarded to customers in an additional email of confirmation upon completion of each order, with the purchase containing the lengthiest lead time indicating the length of the entire order. Goodmood naturally conveys any delays to customers once such information is imparted to us.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We can delivery everywhere in the world. Please contact us via email web@shopgoodmood.com to obtain a delivery quotation. We work with Parcelforce, T&T, my Hermes and other more delivery companies.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

It is also important to note that Goodmood cannot be held accountable for "made to order items" unable to be delivered to the customer’s chosen address, and it is advisable that doors, hallways and other spaces likely to cause complication are measured in advance, making sure of sufficient access for purchased items.

Goodmood is happy to provide our customers with a full refund for items returned to us in their original condition within a period of seven days. However, this does not apply to those items made to order, which are unable to be returned for any reason, except on the rare occasion there is a fault on the behalf of the manufacturer. For further information on made to order items, please refer to our policies section.

RETURN PRECEDURE

Refunds are only accepted and processed based on the following scenarios. We ask that you please contact Goodmood to pre-authorize any refund before returning any items to us:

Goodmood agree to the processing of refunds only if the conditions below are met, and we kindly request that customers write to us at our webshop prior to sending items back, so that we can authorise a refund.

UNDISPATCHED ITEMS

Goodmood are able to cancel "made to order items"and issue a refund only if we receive a request of cancellation prior to the manufacturing process. This can be done by calling us on 0170 850 2116, or by email at info@shopgoodmood.com (please use the email address listed on the order). Once this has been authorised, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 working days.

DISPATCHED ITEMS

The items must be returned to the following address immediately in the same condition and original packaging:

Once "made to order items"enter the manufacturing process, we are unable to issue a refund for any reason. Additionally, we are not obliged to issue any refund after a period of 5 business days has elapsed. Upon receiving these items and ensuring they are in their original condition, a refund will be issued via the original method of payment within 7 working days, omitting delivery charges, which is the responsibility of the customer.

FOR GOODS PURCHASED

All furniture orders in excess of £2000*, and accessories in excess of £500, are delivered free of charge to addresses within the M25. Orders less than £2000, or to addresses elsewhere in UK will incur a delivery cost in addition to VAT. Goodmood will acquire an independent quote for the cost of items to be dispatched outside of the UK.

It is essential that someone is at the dispatch address during the allotted time slot to check and sign for each item, as any accountability for damage cannot be dealt with after the moment of dispatch.

From the moment items have been manufactured they will be held for a period of 14 days, at which time a storage fee of £30 per week will be incurred.

Lead time estimations are based on the experience of Goodmood from dealing with manufacturers and on the information they provide to us, and we keep our customers updated of any unavoidable delays.

Although we take our responsibility very seriously to deliver items purchased by customers within the original estimated lead time, we have limited ability to affect the postponement of delivery as a result of such issues related to strikes, holidays, manufacturing schedules, shipping companies and damage during dispatch.

Goodmood will not accede financial accountability for loss of items resulting from late delivery.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their doors, hallways and other spaces likely to cause complication are measured in advance, making sure of sufficient access for purchased items, as any item unable to be delivered as a result of an access issue, the cost of its delivery wont be refunded.

We are unable to offer a removal service for old furniture.

Our delivery service will only deliver ordered goods. It is not our responsibility to move customers existing furniture.
